BREATHE LA Pollution & Solutions Salon Series,
a new and engaging discussion of clean air, the environment and healthy living.
invites Los Angeles residents, consumers, businesses, the public policy community, and other stakeholders to
- WHAT: The Pollution & Solutions Salon Series.
- The first salon, sponsored by The Port of Los Angeles will include a welcome by Los Angeles City Council Member Janice Hahn and a moderated panel discussion on "Greening the Ports" among members of the ports, media, elected staff, community and others.
Greening the Ports: Clean Air Within Our Lifetime?
- WHEN: Thursday, June 19th from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
- WHERE: Crowne Plaza Hotel, in the Crowne Room

(310) 519-8200 - WHY: Six salons will be held in total, with each one exploring a different issue or aspect of the environment and how it affects residents, consumers, businesses and other stakeholders.
- HOW MUCH? : Free. There is no cost to attend the BREATHE LA salons and it is open to the public. Light refreshments will be served at each salon.
