BREATHE LA Awarded $15,000 KTLA-TV Charities McCormick Tribune Foundation Grant

KTLA charities logoBREATHE LA has been awarded $15,000 from the KTLA-TV Charities Fund, a fund of the McCormick Tribune Foundation for our O24U Environmental Education Program for children in Los Angeles area after school programs.

O24U is BREATHE LA signature program, providing children with tools to embrace environmental issues. The program also empowers children to make a positive difference in their homes and communities through a fun hands on learning process.

O24U will launch in 53 Los Angeles elementary and middle schools starting April 21, 2008.

o24uO24U is also funded by a $5,000 grant awarded in 2007 by the LA5 Rotary Foundation.
