No Butts in White House
President Obama signed a tough anti-smoking law today at a White House Rose Garden ceremony. The president spoke of his personal cigarette habit, taken up as a teen, and his difficulties quitting smoking.

The new tobacco law includes authorizing the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to get tough in regulating tobacco industry practices designed to encourage teens to smoke, and to beef up warning labels on tobacco packaging.
