BREATHE LA PSA Contest Winner Announced for Lung Power Film "Emily Has Asthma"

Los Angeles - UCLA Extension Student Film maker Micheal Rutherford was awarded first prize for his winning entry in BREATHE LA PSA film contest, "Emily Has Asthma." His 30-second PSA presents an emotionally appealing message on how children can take control of their asthma.
