An affiliate of the American Association of Respiratory Care (AARC), is a non-profit professional organization, whose mission is to represent and encourage excellence in the art and science of cardiopulmonary support.

This foundation awards scholarships and loan repayments to health professional students and graduates who will provide direct patient care in medically underserved areas.
