Memorial Donations & Tribute Gifts

You can make a Memorial Donation in honor of a family member, friend, neighbor or co-worker. A memorial donation is a very thoughtful way to express sympathy for the loss of a special person. A lovely card is sent to the family and to you acknowledging your gift.

You can also make a Tribute Gift to commemorate happy occasions and events through a BREATHE LA Special Occasion Tribute Donation. Birthdays, Anniversaries, Weddings, Retirement, Graduation, a Get Well Wish, or simply to honor a family member or friend who overcame a challenge or quit smoking. A tribute card is sent to the honoree and to you acknowledging your gift.

Memorial donations and Tribute gifts are tax deductible. Your donation by check or money order can be made payable to Breathe California of Los Angeles County and mailed to: 5858 Wilshire Blvd., #300, Los Angeles, California 90036. Or, you can charge your donation on your Visa, MasterCard or American Express by calling (323) 935-8050, Ext. 256. The acknowledgment cards are sent the very day your gift is received by BREATHE LA.
